Hi ben-metrik! First of all, welcome to the forum! In order to give you a hand, I would like you to share with us the version of Unified you are using and the configuration you have in the alarm. I recommend that you put an IO field next to it with the value of the variable that triggers the alarm to check and see that it should no longer be active. It would be a way to rule out possible errors. I also recommend that you check that the alarm is not subject to individual acknowledgement because otherwise the button does not acknowledge it (Image attached). Here is also a link to the Unidfied manual where you can find the information I share with you and the 'Alarm control' object in case you need it: "SIMATIC HMI WinCC Unified Engineering V17: Alarm control" Best regards! |
