Hi, Example: MotL with FbkRun signal (See attachment) The FbkRun is connected to an interlock block called Protect. The output of protect is going to Protect input of the MotL. This means when the Protect=0, the motor is stopped and is only put back into operation when a reset command has been given. Next, you must set FeatureBit22 to 1. This means that the internal block which is called in MotL: ALARM_8P (which handles alarms) sends it's status to block outputs: MsgErr, MsgStat and MsgAckn. When MsgAckn has state: W#16#FFFF, it means all incoming and outgoing alarms of SIG1-SIG7 have been acknowledged. You can use this output signal to determine if this is the case. You need to convert the WORD to DINT because there is no standard block which let's you compare words (I think). When state is 65535 (DINT), a reset is given to RstLi, so the motor is reset and can be started again. If you want to address the individual bits, you can use block: "W_BO" to separate the WORD into bits: The WORD is layout as follows: - Bit 0-7 are mapped to incoming events of SIG1-SIG7. - Bit 8-15 are mapped to the outgoing events of SIG1-SIG7.

Hi, I have looked at it.. You do have a feedback from the system..sorry I overlooked when testing... See my previous updated post for the results.. The MsgAckn is used as follows: - Bit 0-7 are mapped to incoming events of SIG1-SIG7. - Bit 8-15 are mapped to the outgoing events of SIG1-SIG7. - Status: W#16#FFFF means all incoming and outgoing messages are acknowledged... To find info, you need to find the ALARM_8P block in the AP Library. Check out signal: "ACK_STATE", which is basically the MsgAckn output at the APL block. |
