All leds of CPU is flashing.

--SerdaR-- Regular Member Joined: 1/11/2011 Last visit: 4/3/2024 Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Hi, We have a problem about our CPUs (Order: 6ES7 414-3XM05-0AB0 and similiar S7400 codes).After CPU is working approximately 7-8 months , Suddenly All leds of CPU are flashing and then Our system is breakdown.After this , We couldn't connect to the CPU. We couldn't find any information about this. You can see attached video file. Did anyone have the same problem? Is it possible to repair this CPU? Attachment VIDEO0029.zip (300 Downloads)

Hello , Before sending the CPU to repair shop, check if it had any installtion problem or EMC issue..It is not clear from the video to check the grounding of the CPU but please check it as explained in this manual: Automation System S7-400 Hardware and Installation You can find the SIEMENS represantative from (Contacts Worldwide) and search for "spare part/repairs" in your vicinity.
