ALM problem

Arfur Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hi All, I have WinCC 2008 Flexible advanced and Step 7 Basic installed and working with licences etc. up until this morning. On startup this morning AVG produced a screen with a Malware threat of 'Licsave.exe' not knowing any better I allowed AVG to 'deal' with it. Then when I tried to start WinCC or Step 7 they both complain there are no licences. I look at the licences via ALM V4.0 and there are no licences available. Rebooted and tried various things but nothing changed uninstalled WinCC and ALM again with no change. I tried to drag a licence via ALM from another PC and the ALM says that no licence has been transfered and that the C drive is an invalid item to install licences. Please help... Thanks

I think you should contact the SIEMENS hotline -> they have a group only for problems for the "ALM". regards,
