AO Module scaling logic - not getting value in mA at terminal side

When i am giving setpoint to AO module via scaling logic, it not getting value in mA at terminal side. My scaling logic is L 50.0 L 1.000000e+002 /R L 2.764800e+004 *R RND T QW 512 I have done setting at AO termical as current source from 4-20 mA please find attachment. reagrds, manoj Attachment AO.pdf (435 Downloads)

If you have AO card, then Other option to check your AI is to connect your AO directly to AI. . Just force AO & check your count of AI. .

Lets say your PQW256 is not giving proper mA Output then connect it with any spare AI lets say PIW256 and moniter the count in PIW256. For that Just write simple logic in PLC to move the count to PQW256 and monitor the counts in PIW256 in VAT Table. I hope you understand my point. if you get any mismatch in count then there will be a problem with a channel.

I AM GETTING 8.25mA
