Hello Nithin, I heard from this problem three till four times. It seems, that it is a problem. I think, a Service Request (SR)is known at the PCS 7 hotline. Please create also anownservice request. A lot of reported service requests accelerate the time tosolve it. And you have some additional advantages: If the problem is solved, then you get the solution directly(or you will get it afterthe problem is located). You can create the SR via phone or online entry: https://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/llisapi.dll?aktprim=99&lang=en&referer=%2fWW%2f&func=cslib.csinfo2&siteid=csius&extranet=standard&viewreg=WW&groupid=4000002 Under "Ask the Siemens expert" click on Support Request (mhhh, I thought it called Service Request ).
