Approved SD by Siemens for the TP 177B-4" color PN/DP

I am having a lock up problem at the first Boot loader when I have a Transcend 2 GB SD card inserted. I can read from them and do the backup up fine, but on any reboot it locks. I tested the backup and restore with a ScanDisk 2GB micro with an adapter I had laying around and it worked fine. Then when my purchasing department ordered them they bought a Transcend instead of the ScanDisk. The unfortunate thing is I have 20 screens I wanted to use cards on. In the manual for the TP there is a reference “Only use SD memory cards or MultiMediaCards tested and approved by Siemens AG for the respective HMI device.” I tried to format it on my PC and it also locked up. Is there a format on the TP panel? Is there anything I can do with these Transcend cards? Is there a file missing? Is there a list of cards that work or don’t work
