Are MTP Unified Comfort Panels MRPD compatible?

DToxico Joined: 4/4/2024 Last visit: 10/12/2024 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	I need to setup a MRPD ring topology for 1 ETSP200 Open Controller and 2 S210 Drivers. However, I also need and HMI Unfied Comfort Panel but the X1P1 and X1P2 ports are already occupied by the drivers. While I have already tried IP routing to use X2 Port when I try to compile my HMI it goes to error.

And I know that there are still some bugs reported for MRP. And since the ET 200SP Open Controller does not allow an HMI connection on its X2 interface, you are in a bad situation. You could use an IRT switch, but that means you have to buy additional hardware. So I would recommend that you contact your Siemens sales representative to put you in touch with the technical consultant. Kind regards Stefan
