check this setting mentioned for monitoring of SCL blocks in TIA.

Unfortunately, there is no online manual for V19, therefore the link to the V18 manual. But should still fit for V19 as well.

Program status display for SCL programs

If no values can be displayed for a tag, the corresponding cell has a yellow background and three question marks are shown. In this case, select the "Create extended status information" check box in the properties of the block and download the block to the device again. All values are then displayed.

Please show the block interface that defines the ??? array.

Please show the logic preceding the posted image's logic that assigns values to those array elements.

What type of block is being monitored?  OB/FB/FC?

If it is an FB/FC, you need to right-click the exact block call you wish to monitor.

You cannot simply open and FB/FC from the project tree, hit the Online monitor button, and get accurate and useful / reliable results.  Refer to the prior post about SCL online monitoring.

I'm having a problem with an array showing 3 yellow questionmarks while monitoring. I made a function block to automatically turn on and off devices. I'm using for loops and assigning the on and off commands of devices there. At the end of the program I assign this array to the output booleans but for some reason the off array is showing these questionmarks and assigns the wrong value to the output. 

I'm using the latest Tia Portal V19 update2. This only happens in the 1200PLC, both in simulation as connected to the real PLC. I added a 1500PLC in the project and simulation works fine for this device. I have no problems when running this function block on a 1500 or ET200SP. Only problem is the 1200PLC and the cycle time looks fine 7-14ms. 

As you can see in the attachment, the output for Dev2Off is true, but while while monitoring the DB this array is false. In the DB the array is fine and showing the correct values for all arrays. It's just at the end of the software where i write the outputs. The ReqDevOn array is also functioning fine in the software. The array is set and reset in the for loop and is a static so it should have memory. The output is only written once at this part of the code. 

Anyone have any suggestions how to fix this?

I can see that the assignment is not pushed through to the array entry. Have you tried going through a temporary memory bit first -- just as a test.

Did you patch your software yet? Perhaps it will be a good idea to contact Siemens and show them what you have there. Have a look at this topic: SCL program is not executed correctly after compiling in TIA Portal !
