Audittrail?

Daniel..Nilsson Posts: 32 Rating: (0)	What does the Audit trail log? Does it have logs of if a backup has been made or not? does it have logs of what objects (FB's,FC's,DB's etc.) that has been transferred into the PLC?

Hi Daniel, With Audit trail you can see who have changed something in the software, this because you have to work with the SIMATIC LOGON where somebody have to log on on STEP7 and the changes that are made will be loged.

Daniel..Nilsson Posts: 32 Rating: (0)	Late Hi Daniel, With Audit trail you can see who have changed something in the software, this because you have to work with the SIMATIC LOGON where somebody have to log on on STEP7 and the changes that are made will be loged. I doesn't really understand, what does you mean by "with audit trail you can see who have changed something in the software" does you mean what user that was logged on on the panel or does you mean you can see who have be downloading new objects in the PLC, if the latest then how is this presented? Does i have to be logged on to the simatic logon or nothing will be logged? The thing i wonder is if the audit trail is logging data about what has been downloading into the PLC, and when it was downloaded? //Daniel
