Automation Licence Manager V4.0

andrealucca Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hello Everybody, Before i had ALM V3.0 and it works pretty well, today i've install a new SP for Scout. The SP have also install ALM V4.0.0.0 Now i try to open step7 or scout and they not work because ALM seens like dont open. I have also try to delete ALM v4 and install again V3.0 but i cannot do it because when i try the windows on the picture appears! and everytime i restart as same like before, same window appears... Thanks All PS: my OS isWinXpSP2 Attachment alarm.JPG (86 Downloads)

The ALM 4 starts as the service, so check this service if it has "Started" status and if it starts automatically... Regards Sydney
