• FC LGF_AverageAndDeviation or
• FB LGF_FloatingAverage
  

Important is over how many values you want to calculate the average.

The Floating average is for maximum 100 values.

I Also think this is a task for the PLC.

If you would use WInCC Professional Runtime then there are functions for aggregate Values but not in WinCC Comfort/Advanced.

So I would calculate the Average off the values in the PLC and only let the HMI show the Value.
