Shebi87 Bronze Member Joined: 10/22/2011 Last visit: 9/26/2024 Posts: 299 Rating: (1)	I have used PST tool to detect the IP of the HMI. it is detecting the HMI with IP 192.168.0.22 I have entered the same IP in prosave and trying to backup but there is no communication between PC and HMI. can anyone suggest me the solution? waiting for reply. IBN-Service Posts: 8946 Rating: (999)	Settings are looking fine... Perhaps the panel can not switch to transfer mode by remote control... Als already said, do you have a chance to switch the panel to transfer mode by using a button in the the application? Also, I am not sure about Smartpanel, perhaps you may use the lates Prosave version?
