Battery not Charging!

MHasan Posts: 63 Rating: (4)	There are number of steps to follow, here are some: 1) Check the output voltage of your adaptor from a multimeter and compare observed voltage with voltage rating written on adaptor. (This point is already mentioned in earlier post) If the problem is because of battery cells: 2)If adaptor is not faulty then take out PG battery if possible (I have never done it with PG but tried it with laptops). With a little jumper wire short +ve of battery with -ve of battery JUST FOR A SECOND NOT MORE THAN A SECOND. If a spark occurs in doing that it means your battery is not completely dead. This spark may also sometimes let the battery to get charged againwhen connected back for charging. If the problem is because of battery circuit: Sorry I dont have solution for it

Do not worry. Just put it in and Play. It will be lose capacity anyway. Put it out, if PG is not in use for longer than a week, store battery with 50% charge. that is all you have to take care about!

SMHZ Bronze Member Joined: 10/19/2012 Last visit: 4/17/2022 Posts: 315 Rating: (9)	It is advised that you must first fully charge your battery before first use. For longer battery life only charge your battery when it says so ie on Low Battery alarm.
