boot problem

Dear sir

I have a problem in 802 c controller for boot sequence.

When I turn on 802c controller after one minute all three leds (POK ERR PIA) are light and controller

doesnt boot.

Seven segment on the back panel show E.

How can I  to cure this problem

Hello,

Please check the position of S3 startup switch & ENC power supply. During power  supply 24 V DC supply should not flicker or dip.

ERR RED LED - Indicated an error condition of ENC group.

POK - If green indicates power  supply OK.

Could you please attach photo of seven segment display?

Please provide the detail MLFB of 802C system.

You have not attached photo of 7segment displaying E. In earlier post you mentioned LED PIA which is DIA.

BTW from the LED status condition of ENC has error.

Before this problem, was the machine under brake down or power to machine was switched OFF for more than 50 hrs?

Please try to reload saved data from memory to system with by chaging start up switch from position 0 to 3 during power ON.

Do you have back up data saved  externally? try to reload back up data externally. 

Please check this.

Your control not boot at all? why you not post screen shot , if not boot, how can you load back up?

 Controller rebooting sequence so not possible to load program backup, I think there is hardware infernal problem, so hardware should check by hardware Expert.

Wait little for any Expert suggestions at here.
