Bus fault on the ET200

i have a similar problem. i am using a Simatic ET200 to monitor the level of a dam, now there's a bus fault on the et200 and i keep on losing the level. i changed the power supply, i changed the bus connectors but the fault won't go away. on the diagnostics buffer it shows (I/O access error, reading. please assist
