Open file timedate.cpl in folder system32

In my project, the user can adjust the time, the date and i want to call file timedate.cpl in folder system32 of windows (windows XP). Please help me. I tried using function ProgramExecute() in C-Script but it can only execute a .exe, not a .cpl Please help me

In a DOS box it works like this (type it after the prompt): rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL timedate.cpl Now I don't know what side-effects calling a cpl can have in WinCC. Moreover, you're not able to check for valid values. What would happen to time related topics likearchives if some makes a mistake.
