Idea was to receive signals via IEC 101 master and forward signals via IEC 104 slave. But I run into two problems. First problem is that the signal address of the signalthat you receive via IEC 101 master must be same as signal addressof the signal that you forward via IEC 104. This is how SICAM TM products work and you can't change that. For Example if you receive IL1 with IOA 7 (via IEC 101 master) you must forward it with IOA 7 (via IEC 104 slave). You will need to change signal addresses. Second problem is that in ToolBOX II Type overview under Parameter tab there is no UMPMT0. This is more of a question for support. I upload picture also. Maybe Mike J could ask in Siemens about this second problem. We need to define whatsignals we will receive via IEC 101 master and give addresses for these signals. For that we need to have UMPMT0 under parameters. For IEC 104 slave we don't need to define anything since it will automatically forward signals and will use IEC 101 IAO address. _spak Posts: 55 Rating: (0)	That’s exactly what I was worried about. Different IAO from IEC101 and IEC104 doesn’t interconnect automatically. As I said before I’ve found one solution. You just simply need to define one signal for IEC101 and another for IEC104 and interconnect them via logic.

I won’t be able to test what you’ve suggested, at least until next time, because today I’ve tested this RTU with SCADA guys and everything was working very well. I forwarded information through logic I posted before. My problem was that IOA’s in IEC101 slave was hard coded and not changeable. And the second thing, if I understood you correctly, what you posted only applies when configuring via TOOLBOX, ‘cause in web browser I don’t deal with data links. I just need to fill out textboxes and select options from drop downs. Everything else is happening behind the scene.
