C7 635 Restore Issue

Dear Guys 

i tried to restore an HMI Program (Protol) that is saved ona Memory card into my C7 635 Touch Panel and after finishing the restore Process it reboted and then a message appears and i Quote ''  Storage Card Couldn’t be detected try Restore Again Insert a Storage Card and Press OK'' after that if we press ok or cancel then it rebots very Quickly without letting us to enter any function on the HMI, i tried to communicate with it via Prosave it didnt detect the HMI address even by Simatic Manager just to see if my PG detected the address i didn't see it. 

My Question guys how can i do a factory reset for this HMI as i think that it jammed somewhere in the Restoration Process

An OS update with the option "Reset to factory settings" might be possible, if you use a Null-modem cable.

dear the Problem is that the HMI is stuck in the Memory Mode and i cant get out of it this is the Case Sir so i cannot connect with it throw Prosave or Simatic Manager
