Can G120 have inbuilt functionality to restrict out put current to motor ?

The inverter drive can control the 'starting current', with controlled acceleration, the maximum operating current is likely to be in the region of 75 Amperes, comfortably less than that permitted by the DNO.

If static and friction head, is known and repeatable then at commissioning, the pump can be run to understand the pump curve; operating frequency can then be limited to a safe margin for operating current, in the region of 75 Amperes.

If this is a modification from a Direct On Line start, the variable speed drive will be the first time that the system is fully understood in practical terms, the required flow may be achieved before full speed for the pump is reached, stopping the acceleration at 46Hz for example.

The DNO has a 100 Ampere limit for a reason, I recommend you investigate the equipment which is drawing on this supply, highlighting any other variable speed drives operating from this supply. The supply may be high impedance, and affected by non linear devices such as this variable speed drive. 

If you are concerned, avoid any commercial risk by requesting a Harmonic analysis of the existing supply before quoting a system.
