Can I identify which of DI/DO is faulty?

I have the following configuration:

1x IM 151-8 CPU PN/DP  -   6ES7151-8AB01-0AB0

1x PM-E 24V DC  - 6ES7138-4CA01-0AA0

12x 8DI, 24V DC, standard - 6ES7131-4BF00-0AA0

4x 8DO, 24V DC/0.5A, standard - 6ES7132-4BF00-0AA0

4x 4AI, I, standard - 6ES7134-4GD00-0AB0

4x 2/4AI, RTD, standard - 6ES7134-4JB51-0AB0

1x 1 Count 24V/100kHz - 6ES7138-4DA04-0AB0

My question is: can I identify which of DI/DO is faulty if these cards don't have diagnostic function? I am using Tia Portal V13.

it depends of which type of failure an output has, but I think normally you almost don't get an SF on the belonging card. So you also can't see it in hardware diagnostics..

But you will recognize anywhen that some output is broken.. And for important outputs you can make a feedback surveillance:

Output = 1  ->  Feedback contact of output = 0

Output = 0  ->  Feedback contact of output = 1

When not -> Failure!

I need to diagnose if the cards (DI/DO) are faulty. The card don't have SF led. The problem is that if I need to change this cards with HF cards that have diagnose function instead of 12 cards for DI I need 24 cards, because the HF cards have 4 DI and not 8DI.

yes then I would prefer some kind of software surveillance like mentioned above if possible! What are you switching with the outputs?

You can realize this surveillance with a normal 8DI input card. You don't need HF..

Can you give me more information about how to read the diagnostic data of these modules that I have in my configuration?
