hi, yes, there are input modules that can work as counter. for example this one, 6ES7521-1BL00-0AB0, can count up to 1 kHz frequency. There are much more modules that can count, also the compact-PLCs, 1511C and 1512C have 32 high-speed digital inputs for signals up to max. 100 kHz Have a look the technical data and the manual of the modules and PLCs. Ok thanks, I am using 1515-2 PN PLC. So then i think i can use counter module for this PLC also. |

OK But my client dint want to use extra module for this, So can i measure speed via standard Digital input. |
