Can not load the process interface

Dear Experts,

I am in a critical situation here. Our PCS 7 has two monitors for Engineering and Operators. The Operator WinCC can not come up to load the process interface. Alot of error messages.

Initially, the SQL Server (WINCC) could not start but now, it does but still WINCC can not load. The recent error message is "Cannot open WinCC project - Project Manager for configured server is not running. Check the computer name of the server."

Note: The computer name of the server is correct.

I will so much appreciate who will help through this. I wish I can get started soonest. Time is not on my side. Thank you all for your usual efforts.
