Can not run a high load

memo201105 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Dear sir, I am using SIMOREG DC converter to control Rotary Kiln main motor with a very high load of the Kiln. When staring without load, It was running without any problem but when we connected the coupler, we could not start. The situation was: - When I used current control mode, the motor can run 1/4 round and stop because it can not carry the load - When I used torque control mode the motor can run 1/2 round and stop. Would you please instruct me to solve this problem! Note: 4 moths ago, We ran the Kiln already but at the moment, the Kiln did not have brick (It means that the load at that moment only 1/3 of this time) Thanks a lot

Please in brief describe the functioning of system so as to analyse the problem. DEEP.

Do you observe any fault or alarm or LED display? Have you measuered field current?How refernce to coverter is fed?Does it has any mechanical coupling between motor & load.Why P741 Normalization of Main actual value is set to -55 V. Pls reply above points. DEEP.
