Can't activate the option " Symbol"

I have a problem with Simatic win cc flexible. In the option " Tags" i can't activate the option " Symbol". Can you help me? I don't know what should I do and I really need to know to finish my project.

Hello Andrei,

did you already select an HMI connection instead of <internal tag>? Maybe it helps to understand better when you post a screenshot of the tags list.
