Can't download program to PLC-Block list not exist in PLC

The first, I did upload of existing program in PLC, than I made some changes in program and that I tried to download new program in PLC. But when I attempted to transfer blocks, it appeared some red message, for example, PB4, PB11,...FB20block list not exist in PLC. Neither OB blocks nor PB block nor FB blocks are transfered in PLC. only DB blocks are transfered (overwrites)in PLC. And changes in program is not in PLC. Can someone tell me what's wrong? PLC is s5 100U, CPU 102. Thanks in advance.

Link: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/40295 Title: Differences between the normal mode and test mode at CPU 102. In this list is described that you use the CPU102 in the Normal mode, you can not make Program changes. It is not possible. In the Test mode it shall work. Perhaps you have the possibility of trying this. With this Link you find the manual “S5-100U Programmable Controller”. Link: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/1091978 In the chapter 4 on page 4-6 you find information about the Test Mode. AUS_MB Posts: 45 Rating: (0)	Hi All, I have read this post and other posts on this problem but I dont see how the answers relate to the question. What is the block list? Why does it need to be in the PLC? How does it get there? I have had this problem when I try and download from a Step 5 project - it tells me 'block list not in PLC'. If I try and download from a differnet project everything is OK and it downloads. This is the same PLC. I have not changed the CPU mode or anythign else, just downloadded a differnet project ??????????????????? Cheers, Michael

AUS_MB Posts: 45 Rating: (0)	Hi All, I figured out why it was giving me this error. I was trying to download PB100, when the maximum PB count on this processor is PB63. When I deleted PB100 and changed it to a lower number it worked fine. To the OP - check to make sure you haven't violated any of the processor specific restrictions (i.e. maybe quantity of or numerical assignment of timers). Thanks all, Michael
