Hi keroo nageh, Based on what I have reviewed, below are some things to check:: 1. Open the Services (type services.msc after clicking on Windows start button). This can also be accessed by right-clicking "This PC" on the desktop and choosing Manage >Services and Applications >Services. Here, please check that both "S7DOS Help Service" and "SIMATIC PnDiscovery Service" are running. If not, please try to start them and test Portal again. There is another service that is no longer used, but somehow still gets installed and started. I cannot recall if the name "IEPG Help Service", "S7 IEPG Help Service", or "SIMATIC IEPG Help Service". In any case if something like that is listed, please stop it. This should resolve the issue. 2. If the issue persists or you cannot start the service above, please check the following. I got this info based on the FAQ ""FATAL ERROR: Can´t load s7epatdx.cpl" cuando se abre la opción "Ajustar Interfase PG/PC"" which is somewhat dated. Maybe this things can be of help for you.
