can't save data

I have data logged in the historical data that saved in path USB_X60.1 before i can transfer the data without restarting the power for the system and i can inject the flash and take the data and return it back and its saved but now when i inject the flash then return it back it wan't saving data until i restart the system then it start saving. Any suggestion for this problem to solve it.Please anybody have idea how to solve that please help me.
