can't see the actual position of Y axis

Hello, after troubleshouting on Sinamics drive, we can't see the actual position of Y axis, it is showing ######. How can we solve this? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hello, the position values are displayed in Hmi. In this moment we try to conect to Starter program to acces the encoder. |
