Cannot activate the horn via USB

HI,

I'm having a similar problem.

I have an IPC 627D on site, Windows 10 Ent LTSB 64 bit.

This IPC did not come with an on board sound card, so i added in an USB type.

I am able to play sound off the USB sound card but cannot get the horn to activate via it.

I am working on WinCC V7.4, I added in update 5 , thought it would help but it didn't.

I have tested my project on a Windows 7 Prof, as well as a Windows 10 Ent test station and it works fine.

What kind of horn do you want to activate?

How is the horn connected to the IPC?
