You can check the following FAQ. Delta Loading OS Are all users and passwords the same on ES, OS servers? Are they all member of "SIMATIC HMI"? Did you set the "terminal bus" to the first position in Simatic Shell? Is the redundancy configured correctly in Simatic Shell? Did you set: "Default Master" in the WinCC explorer->Redundancy settings? Please make sure that the master server has this option only..not both! Did you reposition the project on another directory? Please run SimaticRights.exe program in order to restore those settings.. |

Goodmorning! Uhm, maybe a few things worth to check out. Are you logged in to your ES with the new username? or did you also tried with the old username to download changes? And you created a new username or did you change the old name to the new name. I hope not, because that can give you trouble... Do you have full read and write access to the shared folders of the OS project on the servers with your new username? (also simple file sharing deactivated) Maybe this FAQ can help you: Download change Can you see both servers in Simatic Shell? |

Hmm, Maybe there is a problem with the redundancy between the servers... What is the actual value of the internal tag called "@RM_MASTER". You can find the internal tag on the OS server in WinCC explorer->Tag management. Also check the text in the internal tag @RM_MASTER_NAME. You can check the OS master server but also the standby server. Each server can list a value from the @RM_MASTER tag. This can mean the following things: You can check the redundancy state of the servers with this internal tag: Value 0: Start value, should not appear Value 1: Server is master Value 2: Server is standby Value 3: Server fault Value 4: Server is standalone (no redundant operation active)
