Cannot get a computer to connect to the CIM web server

I just received the new Siemens Logo! CIM.  It is a cross between the LOGO! CMR and LOGO! CSM.  I think it should do all I need it to, if I could get it to work. It has the 4-port switch of the CMS and the Logo! 8 interface plus cellular connection of the LOGO! CMR.  It is missing the four digital I/Os of the CMR but has a Modbus RTU interface.  I’m not sure about sending emails though, as the documentation does not indicate it will.  I have been waiting for seven years for Siemens to release a North American version of the LOGO! CMR.  The new CIM comes without the cellular engine, so you can install a cellular engine to work with any region.  See Product note Entry ID: 109803292, Entry date: 10/05/2021

I have installed the cellular engine, antennas, and SIM card and all looks good according to the status lights, but I cannot get a computer to connect to the CIM web server.  I’m going to start a new post with this question.  If we can make it work, I think this will be a great benefit to the North American market and a good option for regions where the CMR will work.
