Cannot select badge

Hi,

I noted before some time that there exist badge "Tutor" and that my answers are rated more than 15 times.

However, it is still disabled for me.

Is there something wrong with this system?

Hello.

In the here and now, there are functionalities in forum environment that is not working as it did before. Did you notice that your level assignment remains stationary regardless of your contributions? It is not clear if there are plans or budget to fix these "problems".

Furthermore.. not all ratings that you receive are counted. Rating received in general conferences are not added to the "awards" count. Though I am not implying that this is true for your case.

Academical questions: Are these forum experience indications important to you? Does it influence how often you make contributions?

Have you active the badge?

I have all 4 possible badges and they are all 4 actived.

Maybe you are right, but I don't remember if I ever posted to general conferences.

Right, questioning and answering does not depend of rating for me.

However, it is nice if achieved level of contribution (answers) can be shown; otherwise, why does that system exist at all? But if there is some error in it, never mind, I 'll ignore that from now.

We agree that you should be able to active your earned badge. Unfortunately the calculation isn't working, for wich we are sorry. 

The update of the calculation may take some time. We already have a first idea about it, but the reason for this behavior still needs to be investigated in detail. Don't worry! Your earned points will not be lost.
