cant use the s7300cpu with mmc card

ajay1 Posts: 31 Rating: (0)	hello experts, i have two s7 300 cpu's 1.CPU 314 (314-1AG14-0AB0) 2.CPU 313C (313-5BG04-0AB0) and 128 kb micro memory cards (6es7953-8lg20-0aa0) problem: 1.when i on the cpu without memory card it works good. 2.put the memory card into cpu it shows sf fault and stop led blinking. 3.i can;t down load the program.upload the program. 4.how to clear the sf fault and run the cpu with sample program. now i have the cpu's with on conditon pls guide me.
