Hi... > Before doing any thing on the CCU card ensure the NC-PLC archive backups are present... > Take out the CCU card out first. See any moisture and dust collected inside if it is there clean the same. > Remove the battery and the small board (Child Card) which present in CCU card keep it out for 3 to 5 Minutes and then put it back. > NC-PLC clearing can be done in two ways. a) Manual clearing S3-=>1(NC) b) NC can also be cleared by HMI screen ie. press menu selec > startup>NC>NCK startup switch> select 2nd option i.estandard data loading c) Manual Clearing S4 =>3-2-3 (PLC) d) PLC can be cleared through Simatic Manager I am attaching you the thread which already published for clearing NC-PLC clearing procedure... /tf/WW/en/Posts/45967#top check it out.... if after doing the above steps still found to be same problem means CCU card is defect. Hope you will be having some answer after doing the above steps Revert back.... Regards, Ekalavya |
