CFC as addon in step7 5.5 and it's channel drivers.

Ashish Vasavir Experienced Member Joined: 2/8/2009 Last visit: 4/9/2024 Posts: 56 Rating: (3)	Hi all, I am using Step7 5.5 SP3 and add on software of CFC(V8.0). in this project i have some failsafe and some standered module. now customer requirment is that i have to write my all logics(failsafe as well as standered)in CFC. for failsafe DI, i have channel driver like "F_CH_DI". but for normal DI i am not able to find it's channel driver. from where i can get this channel driver. or is it not necessary to use channel driver for normal Digital input?

For standard channel drivers in CFC,you need a PCS 7 Library.The other way is only using data coming from process image and process it with standard librarie sin STEP 7.
