CFC compiler error

Raffy Posts: 209 Rating: (2)	Dear experts, I used a DB with a UDT to facilitate the data I used. Now, when I used the address of the db (example DBx.DBD0) to an interconnection in CFC. When I compiled, there is an error message on that interconnection. It says the DBx.DBB0 is not in the symbol table or not unique. But I have used other DB for interconnection in CFC and it does not display compiler error. Does this mean when using UDT you need to pud the address in the symbol table before you can interconnect it?? I have also attached a picture for reference.. Because using UDT to a DB then using their address would be much easier. Correct me if i'm wrong, CFC only recognize address which are located in the symbol, right??

Hello, There are some points to be shared regarding your question: You can assign a parameter of a FB for instance to a cell inside DB that is partitioned by a UDT. To access elements inside a UDT in a DB, I still recommend using TIP provided HERE. Main problem may come from the basic functions that you are using from CFC instruction list itself.When utilizing functions or FBs, the problems are minimized because you can process complex variables to their composing parts.
