I HAVE THE CPU 314IFM (314-5AE03-0AV0). THIS CPUΗΑS NOT MEMORY CARD. WHAT TO CPU CAN REPLACE? IF YOU CAN PLEASE TELL ME TO SOLVE A PROBLEM THAT I HAVE. THANK YOU

Hello Jim; The CPu 314IFM was part of the first S7-300 CPus to integrate digital and analog I/Os and technological functions (counting, positionning...). If you want he same functionnalities in your replacementPLCyou could look at the newer compact CPUs, such as the CPU 314C-PTP or CPU 314C-2DP (if you need networking capabilities).
