Change the direction of the result from a linear distance sensor.

lese Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi. I have a Sick DME distance sensor (red light) mountedon the wall wich measures the distance a crane travels. The sensorisconnected to an FM351 module with SSI interface. The data type is DINT and displays the distance in mm. What I need to do is to change the direction of the meassuring result, so that 0 meters becomes the distance limit and the cranes travel limit becomes 0 meter. It is not an option to move the sensor. Sensor ---> crane TO Sensor ---> crane 0m 100m 100m0m How can I do this? I am very thankful for any help.
