Cloned WinCC software not working

Hello. We have multiple machines sharing the same software and hardware topology and one of these machines had a computer failure. We did not have any backups of that one specific system therefore we created an image of the identical machine's PC and loaded to this failed one. PC boots up, we have changed the computer name and the IP address to its old settings, recreated the OPC certificates etc. Now the wincc program opens, but when I try to activate the runtime, all I get for the values is the infamous orange triangle with the exclamation mark in it. 

I do not have much experience with siemens systems (almost none at all) and our automation provider is nowhere to be found therefore I need to solve this on my own somehow. It's almost like the wincc runtime is not communicating with the OPC server. What are the steps that I should follow? Thanks!
