Comfort Panel Brother QL-800D label printer

Hello,

Is it possible to use Brother QL-800D printer with Comfort Panels? Siemens provides driver for the older model QL-650D, so are they compatible? 

I got the chance to test Comfort panel with Brother QL-800 and they does not work together. Also I tried with QL-820NWB (with network capabilities) and it does not work - there is no printer language for thermal printers. After a week of searching I borrowed Brother QL-650TD, which is officially supported and tested, and the result is on the attached photo. The label on the left is printed from Comfort Panel using Printer Driver Brother PTouch-QL650TD V1.4 and as You see is unuseable. The label on the right is printed from PC with Brother's P-Touch software, so the problem is not with the printer.

It is very disappointing that this solution is not usable, even though it should work.

I have contacted Siemens Support but they have shown no desire to solve this problem.

I tried to write barcode via brother QL-650TD printer with TP900 comfort panel and works together succesfully.

You can find the result is in the attached photo.Barcode useful for scanner.Also barcode font 21 in attachment photo.I tried to write bigger font and I got more succesfully results.

Steps this application;

1-Download brother QL-650TD driver from siemens support.Link below

2-Install driver to comfort panel via Prosave 

3-After installed  the driver, select the label size from the  DKRoll application that occurred on the panel  desktop.I selected Continous paper size choice.If you want you can select autocut choice

4-Last step write barcode
