Command Interface with C#

Hey guys,

I'm a newbie and have some questions about the command Interface in S7 v.5.5 with c#.

Can you tell me something about this Topic. I'm happy about everything.

I want to read block comments.

Is it possible? Which methods ( or library) are required?
Maybe someone has some information for me or a sample code.

I did not find something with C#, but this is an example with Visual Basic.NET:
