Commissioning S120 Problem

During commissioning I have the following problem:

To run through the steps I've used to turn the unit on:

1. Apply +24V to the EP terminals on the line and motor modules. 
2. Go to drive navigator->commissioning->allow the motor to run.
3. Assume control priority.
4. Switch infeed on.
5. Checkmark the "Enable"
6. Setting the rpm and pressing the green "1" button
At this moment I have an error, saying "The switch on disable of the drive is active!"

In the missing enables I can see
Bit 0 - OFF1 enable missing (which will dismiss after I press the green button)
Bit 8 - Safty enable missing (The problem is probably here but cannot find it)
Bit 17 - OFF2 enable internal missing
Bit 30 - Speed controller inhibited (again, normal until the green button is pressed)

About bit 8  help says -
Bit 08 = 1 (enable signal missing), if:
- safety functions have been enabled and STO is active. (checked, it's fine)
- a safety-relevant signal is present with a STOP A response. (Don't know how to check)
STO enabled via terminals:
- the pulse enable via terminal EP is missing (booksize: X21, chassis: X41), or the signal source in p9620 is for a 0 signal. (Measured 24V, the signal source for the p9620 is 0, what does that mean?)
STO enabled via PROFIsafe or TM54F:
- STO is selected via PROFIsafe or TM54F. (checked, it's fine)

PS: Currently, I'm trying to use only one out of 3 VFD's connected to the CU. Can this be a problem?

Bit 17 = 1 (enable signal missing), if:
- commissioning mode is selected (p0009 > 0 or p0010 > 0).
- there is an OFF2 fault response.
- the drive is inactive (p0105 = 0) or is not operational (r7850[DO-Index]=0).

p9     =   0 [Ready to use]
p10   =   0 [Ready to use] 
p105 =   1 [Activate drive object]
cannot find OFF2 fault response in the functions 

Basic functions via ProfiSafe is used. See attached

your screenshot shows that STO is selected.

Parameter p9620 is just relevant for using basic functions via terminals.
Because you are using PROFIsafe the PROFIsafe signal is relevant for safety enable signal.

Check you PROFIsafe telegram on F-PLC, you have to deselect STO for the drive in question.
Please also check for any active drive faults or warnings, which indicates any possible issues with the PROFIsafe communication.

 That's exactly what I thinking this morning. Unfortunately, I'm not sending STO (Output for the PLC, input for the VFD) but I'm receiving STO (Output for the VFD, input for the PLC)

Just in case you don't know this library so far. (It is really simple to use and makes life much easier )

It turns out it was electrical problem in the break. Because of it, SS1 was stopping the VFD and triggering the STO, but the VFD was not responding with a clear error message (actually no error at all)
