You don't mention what model of Parker drive you are using, and you do not tell us what gsd file you have used to setup the Profibus configuration of the master. That would make it easier to answer your questions.

Even if your exact model is not included in the document, it shows you how they expect you to configure a Parker drive properly for Profibus-DP exchanges, and how the drive must be setup in the Profibus configuration of the DP-master, which should help you out. You should also checkout the last chapter of the manual, dedicated to troubleshooting.
