communication CP 5611 via profibus connector to s7 cpu 3132c

ajay jay Posts: 40 Rating: (0)	Dear all. i having problem to connect between PC and S7 cpu.model 3132c. using wincc 2008 to operate system via pc.. my connection was from CP 5611 thru Profibus connector to PLC. i was unable to connect with plc..there was error msg ..bus faulty..i i had try swap connection between (on profibus connector ) and set PG setting as well. i do try connect to MPI/PROFBUS still unable to .. can any 1 hint what may i lack seeing it

Rated X Posts: 1547 Rating: (129)	Hello. you have to make sure that all devices on the profibus (pc and cpu) use exactly the same bus configuration (parameter, profile etc.). You could perform a bus test or read all busnodes in the "Set PG/PC interface" dialog. Perhaps this could give you a hint.

(e.g. "CPU 313C-2DP" ?) - you must connect the correct interface on CPU (MPI or DP) - you must set the correct MPI or DP address and busparameter in CPU (hardware-config) - you must set the correct MPI or DP address and busparameter in PC ("Set PG/PC interface") use "Read Bus nodes" in "Simatic Net diagnostics"

ajay jay Posts: 40 Rating: (0)	- you must connect the correct interface on CPU (MPIorDP) Using MPI (onleft at CPU) and even try using profibus (rite on cpu) - you must set the correct MPI or DP address and busparameter in CPU (hardware-config) - you must set the correct MPI or DP address and busparameter in PC ("Set PG/PC interface") Selected CP 5611-MPI (active) and try CP 5611 profibus error use "Read Bus nodes" in "Simatic Net diagnostics"( ihave no idea where to see it ) when i test read on diagonistic it show error 0x031b: sysnchronization error (problem with profbus network) I m using simatic step 7 v 5.5 sp2 and wincc flexiable 2008sp3

But this has only effect without bus-errors. -check the cable between PLC and d PC !!! -post here screenshots from Bus-parameter (PLC and PC)
