Communication error between DIGSI 4.94 and a 7SJ8011 relay.

Tbm estou com o mesmo problema, erro de comunicação entre o DIGSI 4.94 e o Rele 7SJ8011.

Quando tento comunicar o software via rele o erro aparece.

I also have the same problem, a communicatio error between DIGSI 4.94 and a 7SJ8011 relay.

When  try t commnicate the software with the relay this error appears.

Please give us more information on your DIGSI 4.94 installation. For instance, what is the operating system you are using, does it match the Windows versions in the "Fully supported and tested" columdn of this document?

Regarding connection problems between DIGSI 4.94 and 7SJ8011, this is the system configuration used.

In device manager it looks like the usb driver is not fully recognized.

Instalei o driver apartir do Gerenciador de dispositivos e manual também. Mas sem sucesso.

one year after the first request, is there a solution for this problem?

I have the same problem with two fujitsu laptops using Windows 10 Pro and Windows 11 Pro. I tried DIGSI 4.94 and DIGSI 4.95.

The laptop says that the driver is possibly defect. Multiple re- or new installations won´t work. I also tried to deinstall ALL other software. But I could not establish a connection to a 7SJ80 with both laptops.

Any solution?

I have the same problem with 4.95 and 4.96. My colleague has the same problem. No problems before version 4.94. 

Seems like there are some USB-driver missing.
