Hi, the Ping is based on the defined IP-Adress. The search for accessible nodes in TIA is based on MAC-address-broadcast/DCP protocol. This is not supported between different subnets, therefore the devices can not be found. You can use the TIA function -> menu bar -> online -> extended go online. Furthermore, Port 102 is necessary for the connection itself! ***EDIT*** Video in FAQ shows the proceedure. How can you use the STEP 7 Online functions even when NAT (Network Address Translation) is being used or a remote subnetwork is to be reached?regards sancruz |
