Communication not established between runtime and PLC

Dhavalvadhel Member Joined: 2/12/2017 Last visit: 6/30/2024 Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Hello everyone I am using TIA V14 wincc Advance SP1 update 9 in Windows 10 enterprise When I am using simulation between PLC and runtime it was communicate . But when I am taking pc online with PLC ,I can upload download PLC program but communication not established between runtime and PLC , I already check PG/PC interface and Lan setting. Same ip series configure in PLC,Scada,and PC Right now my PC is connected in server network(Company's network). So what things required to communicate my runtime with pLC and existing Network. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Connexion problem between WinCC RT and plc.

Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 11/19/2024 Posts: 14193 Rating: (1775)	Hello look in the Connection editor in the TIA HMI Project. there is an access point of your connection. this should be S7ONLINE If yes then It could only be the PGPC Settings or LAN Problems or Blocking by Antivirus scanner or firewall. Does a Ping work? Make a screenshot of your Parameters in the connection editor of the HMI Projekt in TIA and also screenshot of the PGPC Settings Bye Murof
