communication of weighfeeder system

hoang1730 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hi, everybody! I have a project of weighfeeder system. I intend to use weighfeeder of siemens. I have read some manual of these products of siemens. But there's still matter that I wonder: - Communication between Integrator and PLC: + Following manual: we can connect Integrator and PLC using smartlinx card (profibus dp) + But i think it's expensive when I have to buy that smart card. Can I connect a Integrator to PLC via normal I/O analog module of a PLC for transport data (PLC give setpoint of rate flow to Integrator)? - Kind of motor using: those manual do not show me the type of motor using in system, It's DC or AC motor? and the kind of controller for each of them. Maybe somebody can help me in those matter ? Thank in advance !

hoang1730 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	First of all, thank Phantom ! Now, I have answers for myself. Yes, we can connect an Integrator to a PLC without Smart card ( via analog I/O module), it's more economical if you haven't a special requirement. Best regard !
