Communication problem with cu240E 2

Sir I am able to communicate with cu240E 2 using usb cable but whenever I running drive using laptop through scout simtion ,,drive getting offline.. When I am running my drive using BOP and Trying to establish communication between laptop scout simotion and drive I am not getting success but as soon as drive getting stop then only communication happening. And again it is disconnected when drive started.   What could be the reason.

Usb to.mini usb  cable was came with encoder. Same cable I am using
